For most people, beard oil is a lifesaver. It helps to moisturise and hydrate facial hair, while also keeping your beard hair soft. Men sometimes don’t realise that beard oil also helps to moisturise the skin underneath your beard, helping your facial hair growth. Here’s a quick image tutorial to show you how to use beard oil if you have never used it before.

For a quick demonstration on how to apply beard oil, watch the video below, alternatively, you can follow the instructions below.
Before You Begin
The most effective time to use beard oil is in the morning after a hot shower or after washing your face with warm water – this is when your pores will absorb the oil much better
Oil and water do not mix. Make sure you dry your beard by first patting it with a dry towel and then optionally using a hairdryer. This is to allow maximum absorption.
Beard Oil Application
Step 1: Using the dropper, put 2 – 3 drops of the oil in your palms (5 – 7 if your beard is longer).
Step 2: Rub the oil into your palms and between your fingertips.
Step 3: Massage the oil into the beard, working from the sides, to the front of your face and under the chin, getting into the skin underneath the beard.
Step 4: Use your fingers to coat the top of your moustache and squeeze the tips.
